What’s Not Covered?

While we stand by our craftsmanship, our warranty does not cover:

  • Any damage caused by heavy daily use, accidents, or improper handling.

  • Repairs done outside of Stelios Karantonas Studio.

  • Lost jewellery.

How to Use Your Warranty;

If you believe your piece has an issue covered by our warranty, here’s what to do:

  1. Keep your proof of purchase—we’ll need it to verify your order.

  2. Send the jewellery to us—we’ll need to see it in person to assess the issue.

Please note: Shipping costs and any customs/local fees are not included in the warranty, except if the issue is reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

We take great pride in our handmade jewellery, and we want you to love your pieces for years to come! That’s why we offer a one-year warranty on all Stelios Karantonas Jewellery creations. This covers any damage that occurs during shipping or craft faults.

RETURNS

We can accept returns only for "Ready to Ship" pieces within 14 days from the date you receive the item, provided that:

  • The jewellery must be unworn and in its original packaging.

  • Everything must be in perfect condition, just as you received it.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Stelios Karantonas is a solo jewellery maker, designing and handcrafting each piece from scratch to match your personal taste, needs, and size. Every creation is unique and tailor-made, requiring a dedicated time commitment. Therefore,

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Made-to-order, personalised like dates, planets, gemstones, or custom jewellery—these pieces are individually crafted just for you and cannot be resold.

  • Maybe pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons. If you’re unsure whether a pair of earrings falls under this rule, please reach out at info@stelioskarantonas.com before purchasing.

We are always happy to help with any concerns or advice before you make a purchase to ensure you find the perfect piece. If any issues arise after receiving your order, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always do our best to accommodate you within reason and ensure that you are happy with your jewellery.

What If My Jewellery Arrives Damaged?
